About the role#
Coveo is looking for a Software Developer intern to join the Solutions Engineering Core Team for the Winter 2027 term. You will build custom demo experiences and technical tools that help sales engineers demonstrate the value of commerce solutions. This is a hands-on development role that supports sales efforts from behind the scenes.
What you'll do#
- Build custom user interfaces for commerce demos using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Work with content, catalogs, and APIs to create demo environments tailored to prospect needs.
- Help implement and troubleshoot Beacon, a JavaScript tracking mechanism that captures events for machine learning demonstrations.
- Develop proofs of concept and practical tools to simplify technical work for the team.
- Collaborate with solution engineers to translate demo requirements into working solutions.
- Share progress and suggest ideas for solving recurring technical problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related program in the province of Québec.
- Completion of at least one previous internship.
- Front-end development experience with React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Understanding of how to work with APIs.
- Ability to identify problems, imagine solutions, and take initiative to build them.
- Strong spoken English skills to communicate with colleagues supporting a global client base.
- Experience building things through personal projects, hackathons, or other hands-on work.
- Legal entitlement to work full-time in Canada for the 15-week duration of the internship.
