About the role#
Coveo is looking for Frontend Developer interns to join our Research and Development teams for the Winter 2027 term. You will work on real-world projects, ranging from building reusable frontend libraries for search experiences to developing features within our admin console. You will be paired with experienced teammates who will help you grow your skills in a collaborative engineering environment.
What you'll do#
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings to discuss your progress and any roadblocks.
- Manage and resolve assigned Jira tickets.
- Contribute to projects that directly support our clients.
- Build reusable frontend tools or improve existing features in the admin console.
- Take an active role in code review sessions by offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Learn and apply industry best practices in project management and software development from your mentor.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor degree program or higher in Software Engineering or Computer Science within the province of Quebec.
- Legally entitled to work full-time in Canada for the duration of the 15-week internship.
- A solid foundation in JavaScript and experience building web projects using frontend technologies.
- Interest in working with React, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Completion of at least one prior internship.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership over your work.
- Experience from hackathons or personal projects.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship based in Quebec City, Quebec.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to work from our office 2 days per week.
