About the role#
Coveo is looking for Frontend Developer interns to join our Research and Development teams for the Winter 2027 term. You will work alongside experienced engineers to build search experiences or tools for customers to manage their organizations. Depending on your team, you might focus on building reusable frontend libraries for developers or developing features within our admin console. This is a 15-week, full-time, paid internship.
What you'll do#
- Engage in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and project plans.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Manage and resolve assigned Jira tickets.
- Contribute to real-world projects that support our clients.
- Take an active role in code reviews by offering and receiving constructive feedback.
- Develop your technical skills by working closely with a mentor.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering or Computer Science in the province of Québec.
- Legal entitlement to work full-time in Canada for the full 15-week duration.
- A solid foundation in JavaScript and experience building web projects using frontend technologies.
- Previous experience completing an internship.
- A strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
- Experience with or interest in React, TypeScript, and Angular.
- Participation in hackathons or personal projects.
- Curiosity and a comfort level with asking questions.

- This role is based in Montreal, Quebec.
- The position follows a hybrid work model, requiring you to work from the office 2 days per week.
