Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This role offers the opportunity to gain direct experience with investment banking by working with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.

What you'll do#

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
• Perform company and industry research, including competitive and valuation analyses.
• Participate in the development of client presentations.
• Interact directly with senior bankers and clients.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation, model transactions, and conduct research.
• Financial modeling experience in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current work authorization in the US.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

• Employment: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
