About the role#
ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, paid internship provides direct experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. Interns work alongside execution and support teams to build professional skills and expand their industry network.
What you'll do#
- Perform financial analysis and build financial models.
- Conduct company and industry research.
- Assist in the development of client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
- Produce high-quality work products in a demanding environment.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and basic skills in PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and perform valuation analyses.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Current work authorization in the US.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
