Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This internship provides direct experience with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. Interns work alongside execution and support teams to develop professional skills and build industry networks.

What you'll do#

• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Conduct company and industry research, including competitive and valuation analyses.
• Contribute to the development of client presentations.
• Engage and interact with senior bankers and clients.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and conduct research.
• Financial modeling experience in Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current work authorization in the US.
• Academic background in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

• Location: Remote (based in Nashville, Tennessee).
• Term: Fall 2026.
• Commitment: Full-time (approximately 40 hours per week).
• Compensation: This is a paid internship.
