About the role#
ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time position provides direct experience in investment banking, where you will assist execution and support teams with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Perform company and industry research.
- Participate in the development of client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian University with a 3.5 GPA or above.
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and conduct research.
- Financial modeling experience in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A self-driven and detail-oriented approach to producing high-quality work.
- Current work authorization in the US.
