Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking a full-time Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This program provides direct experience in investment banking, allowing interns to work alongside execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.

What you'll do#

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
• Perform company and industry research, including competitive and valuation analyses.
• Participate in the development of client presentations.
• Interact with senior bankers and clients.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and experience with PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and conduct research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A self-driven, detail-oriented approach to producing high-quality work.
• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• US work authorization.
