Investment Banking Intern

About the role#

ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This full-time, paid internship provides direct experience in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. Interns work alongside execution and support teams to develop professional skills and build industry networks.

What you'll do#

• Perform financial analysis and modeling.
• Conduct company and industry research.
• Assist in the development of client presentations.
• Interact with senior bankers and clients.
• Manage tasks in a demanding work environment.

What you'll need#

• Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
• Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and conduct research.
• Financial modeling experience in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Current work authorization in the US.
• Majors in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
