About the role#
ComCap is seeking an Investment Banking Intern for the Fall 2026 term. This program provides direct experience in investment banking, allowing interns to work alongside execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments.
What you'll do#
Interns contribute to the firm through several core activities, including:
- Conducting financial analysis and modeling.
- Performing company and industry research.
- Developing client presentations.
- Interacting with senior bankers and clients.
- Managing high-volume work products within a demanding environment.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct research and write marketing documentation.
- Proficiency in financial modeling using Excel and basic PowerPoint skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid work authorization in the US.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.

- This is a full-time, remote internship requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
