About the role#
The Investment Banking Intern will work directly with execution and support teams on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financing assignments. This is a full-time, paid internship for the Fall 2026 term. Interns gain direct experience in investment banking while building professional skills and networks.
What you'll do#
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling.
- Perform company and industry research.
- Participate in the development of client presentations.
- Interact with senior bankers and clients.
- Produce high-quality work products.
What you'll need#
- Junior or Senior standing at a US or Canadian university with a 3.5 GPA or above.
- Demonstrated ability to write marketing documentation and model transactions.
- Financial modeling experience in Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial streak.
- Pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics.

- Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
- Work Modality: Remote.
- Commitment: Full-time (estimated 40 hours per week).
