Intern

About the role#

Colliers is seeking a Brokerage Intern for our Cleveland office. This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship with a rolling application process. Please note that sponsorship for work visas is not available for this position.

What you'll do#

• Conduct research on property availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant data, and transaction information using internal and external resources.
• Assist with survey calling to gather accurate vacancy and availability data.
• Maintain and update property, company, and contact databases.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate efficiency and grow within the role.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
• A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external partners.
• A high level of professionalism and the ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a real estate or professional services environment, or experience with Smartsheets, is considered a plus.

• Work Modality: On-site.
• Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
