About the role#
Colliers is seeking a Brokerage Intern for our Cleveland office. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling application process. We are looking for an individual to support our team while gaining practical experience in the real estate industry.
What you'll do#
- Conduct information searches regarding property availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant details, and transaction data using internal and external resources.
- Assist with survey calling to gather accurate vacancy and availability information.
- Maintain and update property, company, and contact databases.
- Take on additional responsibilities as you demonstrate efficiency and growth within the role.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program at a recognized post-secondary institution.
- A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal and external partners.
- A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

- Location: Cleveland, Ohio.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- Note: Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
