About the role#
We are looking for a Brokerage intern to join our team in Cleveland. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling application process. You will gain exposure to our business operations and build experience within the real estate sector.
What you'll do#
- Conduct research on property availability, ownership, zoning, restrictions, tenant details, and transaction data using internal and external resources.
- Perform survey calling to verify vacancy and availability information.
- Maintain and update our databases with accurate property, company, and contact information.
- Take on new responsibilities as you prove your efficiency in your core duties.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program at a recognized post-secondary institution.
- A strong interest in Real Estate or Urban Planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically MS Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external partners.
- A high level of professionalism and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
- Bonus points for previous experience in real estate or professional services, or familiarity with Smartsheets.
Location & details#
- This role is based on-site in Cleveland, Ohio.
- The pay range for this position is $15.00 to $20.00 per hour.
- You must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. We do not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
