About the role#
The Marian Group is hiring a Development Intern to support real estate development activities in Louisville. This role provides hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle. You will work alongside development professionals on tasks ranging from financial analysis to project coordination. This is a paid, part-time position designed for students to learn about the industry while balancing academic commitments.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial and market analysis.

What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Economics, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

- Location: Louisville, Kentucky.
- Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, flexible hours averaging fewer than 30 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling, with a duration of 5 to 12 months depending on your availability.
- Compensation: 20 USD per hour.
