About the role#
Colliers is hiring a Junior Analyst Intern to support our Debt Advisory team in Edmonton. This is a part-time, on-site position. You will gain hands-on experience in financial analysis and administrative support while working alongside industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Assist with financial analysis and modeling for debt advisory mandates.
- Prepare lender packages and support documentation for financing requests.
- Conduct market research and compile comparable debt terms.
- Coordinate with lenders and clients regarding information requests.
- Support internal reporting and deal tracking.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment at a Canadian University in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business Administration, or Economics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Availability to work Monday to Friday between 12PM and 5PM MST.

- This role is based on-site in Edmonton, Alberta.
- The position is part-time and operates on a rolling term.
- This is a paid internship.
