About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2026. Interns will gain hands-on experience by working across various poultry production and live operations roles. You will also gain exposure to operation support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. High-performing interns may be considered for future full-time roles based on business needs.
What you'll do#
- Rotate through different poultry production and live operations positions to understand the end-to-end production process.
- Support and observe operations in Safety and Quality Assurance departments.
- Contribute to team success through innovative ideas and value creation.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to solve problems.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
- Preference for students studying Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- A motivated, self-starting attitude with a strong desire to learn from others.
- Strong time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
- A resume must be included with your application to be considered.
Location & details#
- This is an on-site role located in Springdale, Arkansas, or Pineville, Missouri.
- Housing assistance is available for eligible candidates.
- Priority consideration is given to candidates currently local to the area.
