About the role#

Cobb is offering a Summer 2026 internship program focused on poultry production and live operations. This full-time, paid position provides hands-on experience across various production processes and exposure to operational support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance. Successful interns may be considered for future full-time roles based on business needs and performance.

What you'll do#

• Work across multiple poultry production and live operations roles to gain a comprehensive understanding of the production cycle.
• Engage with support departments such as Safety and Quality Assurance.
• Contribute to team success through problem-solving and operational support.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of coursework remaining.
• Preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A self-motivated approach with a strong desire to learn and collaborate with others.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
