Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Arkansas

About the role#

This summer internship provides hands-on experience within poultry production and live operations. Interns gain exposure to essential support departments, including Safety and Quality Assurance, while contributing to business objectives through innovative ideas and value creation. Successful performance may lead to opportunities for full-time employment with Cobb.

What you'll do#

• Work across various poultry production and live operations roles to understand the full production process.
• Engage with operation support teams to learn about safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently to solve problems and manage tasks.
• Contribute to the success of the organization through active participation and new ideas.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
• Preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A motivated, self-starting approach with a desire to learn from others.
• Strong interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities.

• Location: Springdale, Arkansas (with potential for placement in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina).
• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site, 1st shift.
