Cobb Summer 2026 Internship - Oklahoma

About the role#

Cobb is offering a Summer 2026 internship program focused on poultry production and live operations. Interns will gain hands-on experience across various segments of the production process and receive exposure to support departments including Safety and Quality Assurance. This program is designed to foster innovation and value creation, with the potential for high-performing interns to transition into full-time roles upon completion.

What you'll do#

• Work across multiple poultry production and live operations positions to understand the end-to-end production process.
• Engage with operation support teams, including Quality Assurance and Safety.
• Contribute innovative ideas and support business goals.
• Collaborate with team members while maintaining the ability to work independently.

What you'll need#

• Current enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with at least one semester of school remaining.
• Preference for students pursuing degrees in Agriculture, Poultry Operations, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• A motivated, self-starting attitude with a desire to learn from others.
• Demonstrated problem-solving, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Term: Summer 2026.
• Modality: On-site.
• Locations: Positions are based in Springdale, Arkansas, and Rose, Oklahoma. Additional facility locations may include Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
• Preference is given to candidates currently local to the facility areas.
