About the role#
This co-op role supports the Duuo team, a division of Co-operators focused on creating on-demand insurance solutions. You will work on a variety of projects that help shape future products and digital experiences for Canadians. This is a paid, full-time position with a hybrid work model.
What you'll do#
- Research how Canadians evaluate and purchase insurance through digital and partner-led channels.
- Analyze consumer behavior and market data to find trends and actionable insights.
- Evaluate insurance products, pricing models, and digital experiences across the Canadian market.
- Translate research findings into recommendations that improve customer journeys and embedded insurance offerings.
- Contribute research to support innovation initiatives and future product development.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program related to Business, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, User Experience, Behavioural Science, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- A strong interest in consumer behavior, market research, and data-driven decision making.
- Experience with research, data analysis, and presenting findings clearly.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and analytical tools.
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a curiosity about the insurance industry.

- Locations: Guelph, Toronto, or Mississauga, Ontario.
- Work Modality: Hybrid.
- Employment Type: Full-time student role (4-8 months).
- Compensation: $23 to $27 per hour.
