About the role#
This internship involves working directly with the founding team at Clera. You will help connect candidates with opportunities at VC-backed companies and assist in building the platform as it scales.
What you'll do#
- Manage relationships with incoming candidates and provide a personalized experience.
- Match talent with startup opportunities using internal tools.
- Optimize recruiting and operations workflows to manage candidate volume.
- Improve processes and automation across talent acquisition pipelines.
- Work with founders on strategic and operational initiatives.
- Use social media and outreach channels to engage candidates and build brand presence.
What you'll need#
- At least 3 months of experience in consulting, sales, startups, or venture capital.
- A completed Bachelor's degree.
- A strong academic track record.
- Willingness to relocate to San Francisco and live in a shared hacker-house environment.
- Availability for 6-day work weeks.
- Familiarity with the VC-backed startup ecosystem and early-stage hiring.
- Experience with workflow automation or recruiting operations is helpful.
- Social media skills and a background in founder operations or community building are a bonus.

- The team lives and works in a shared house to support collaboration.
