About the role#
Clarios is looking for a Demand Planning Intern for the summer of 2027. This is a full-time, paid internship based in the Milwaukee area. You will gain experience working with supply chain data and cross-functional teams to support our forecasting processes.
What you'll do#
- Support the Demand Planning team in creating and maintaining data-driven forecasts.
- Analyze historical demand, customer orders, inventory, and point-of-sale data to identify trends.
- Build recurring reports and visualizations to track forecast accuracy and attainment.
- Assist with system and master-data activities, including new-product setup and product transitions.
- Work with partners in Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Category Management, and IT.
- Compare statistical forecasts against actual demand and business assumptions.
- Monitor data quality and investigate any inconsistencies or exceptions.
- Contribute to process-improvement and automation projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- Ability to work in the greater Milwaukee area during the summer.
- Proficiency with Excel and business intelligence tools.
- Skills in cleaning, organizing, and visualizing large datasets.
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills for written updates and presentations.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship.
