About the role#
This 10-week summer internship program offers a dual experience within our data and analytics community. You will spend half of your time partnered with a host team to support ongoing work in areas like data quality monitoring, metadata management, and SQL development. The remaining time involves working on a cross-functional team to complete a real-world project, covering the full project cycle from initial investigation to final presentation.
What you'll do#
- Support teams responsible for data management systems and workflows.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Troubleshoot and resolve data quality or integrity issues.
- Work hands-on with internal data repositories to collect, organize, and analyze datasets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine solutions.
- Present final project outcomes and insights to peers and business leaders.
- Maintain the integrity of data systems and assist in monitoring data quality.
- Follow enterprise-wide data standards and governance practices.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a graduate degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, engineering, or other technology-related fields.
- Expected graduation date between December 2027 and Spring 2028 for Master’s students, or concurrently enrolled in a PhD program.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel, including exposure to libraries like Pandas.
- Understanding of master data management and ETL concepts.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments (e.g., AWS), APIs, and structured data formats like JSON and YAML.
- Experience working with raw and prepared datasets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment with a sense of curiosity and ownership.
- Must complete a video interview assessment within 4 days of receiving the link.
- Permanent work authorization in the United States is required. This position does not offer visa sponsorship.

- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week, Monday through Friday).
