About the role#
This internship program offers college juniors the chance to work as a strategy consultant. You will join project teams to address business challenges for various clients. The program includes mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities with senior leadership.
What you'll do#
- Perform research and data analysis to build strategic recommendations.
- Work with teams to provide data-driven solutions for projects like organization transformation and private equity due diligence.
- Conduct market research and assessments.
- Manage internal initiatives.
What you'll need#
- Completion of your junior year at a 4-year college or university.
- Strong academic record and grade point average.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in English.
- Organization skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.

- Locations: Salt Lake City, Utah and Washington, D.C.
- Term: Summer 2027 (10 weeks).
- Modality: On-site.
