About the role#
As a Student Analyst within the Global Investment Banking team, you will support our Montreal office by providing customized financing and advisory solutions. You will work alongside professionals ranging from Analysts to Managing Directors, gaining exposure to various industry and product groups. This is a full-time, on-site internship for the Winter 2027 term, running from January 2027 through April 2027.
What you'll do#
- Provide analytical, research, and presentation preparation support to the team.
- Assist with transactions and advisory projects, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and equity and debt financings.
- Support strategic advisory and capital structure solution projects.
- Collaborate with individuals from various groups across the firm to execute coverage and financing assignments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- Graduation date no sooner than August 2027.
- Demonstrated interest in Capital Markets through coursework, clubs, or work experience.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
- A highly motivated and success-oriented approach to your work.

- Compensation: $105,000 annualized base salary.
