About the role#
The Chubb Summer Internship Program offers students practical experience within the insurance industry. This four-month program focuses on professional development, technical training, and exposure to various career paths in underwriting and claims. You will work alongside insurance professionals, receive coaching from dedicated mentors, and participate in multidisciplinary projects designed to build your skills for a career after graduation.
What you'll do#

What you'll need#
- Completion of 2-3 years of university studies with a strong academic record.
- Proven leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Strong interpersonal and team-building skills.
- Technical aptitude and digital literacy.
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or Communications.
- Bilingualism in English and French is required for the Montreal branch.
