About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the 2026-2027 term. You will work on-site at one of our various locations to support operational excellence, environmental stewardship, and workforce safety. This role offers hands-on experience and the opportunity to learn from industry experts while contributing to meaningful projects.
What you'll do#
- Advise on environmental and safety regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Develop safety procedures, guidelines, and strategies to improve safety performance.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD program in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Health Administration, or Industrial Design.
- Two years of experience or less.
- Desire and ability to work in domestic and international locations.
- Ability to advise on regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Interest in developing safety and environmental procedures.

This is an on-site position. Available locations include Bakersfield, CA; El Segundo, CA; Richmond, CA; Greeley, CO; Ames, IA; Belle Chasse, LA; Covington, LA; Geismar, LA; Pascagoula, MS; Midland, TX; Pasadena, TX; Houston, TX; and Salt Lake City, UT.
