About the role#
This Summer 2028 Tax Internship provides an introduction to the public accounting profession. You will work with multiple supervisors across a variety of client engagements to build a foundation for your career. This is a paid, full-time position based in Tampa, Florida.
What you'll do#
- Apply your accounting knowledge to client work using firm technology.
- Shadow tax professionals at various levels of the organization.
- Participate in team building, training initiatives, and a marketing or research project.
- Attend social functions including lunches, happy hours, and community service projects.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a junior or senior in an accredited accounting or related program, two years from graduation.
- Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or above is preferred.
- Ability to travel to client sites, including frequent same-day travel.
- Eligibility to work in the United States without firm sponsorship.
