About the role#
This is a year-round, paid internship based in Mequon, Wisconsin. You will work 15 to 20 hours per week during the academic year and move to full-time status during the summer months. The program starts in January 2027 and provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide end-user IT support including software installation and hardware setup.
- Deliver and configure new computers, handheld scanners, and printers.
- Resolve employee technology issues through the internal ticketing system.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Document and refine existing IT processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Current standing of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment.
