About the role#
This year-round internship offers hands-on experience building and supporting backend software solutions. You will work with technologies including containers, Kubernetes, Azure web services, Oracle SOA, and Informatica. The role focuses on cloud integration, service security, and managing digital platforms.
What you'll do#
- Support and develop application and data integrations across digital systems.
- Build and maintain APIs, backend applications, and integrations using Azure tools.
- Support managed file transfers and data movement between systems.
- Monitor application errors and troubleshoot integration issues to improve reliability and performance.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Management, or a related field.
- Current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Ability to succeed in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
Location & details#
- Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Schedule: Part-time (15-20 hours per week) during the academic year and full-time (40 hours per week) during the summer.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
