About the role#
The Reporting & Analytics Internship provides hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis. You will work on budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and KPI tracking. This role offers exposure to financial systems and data tools while helping you develop professional communication and decision-making skills.
What you'll do#
- Create and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards and datasets.
- Prepare management reporting packages that provide clear, actionable financial insights.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support leadership decision-making.
- Research industry trends and relevant market insights.
- Build scenario analyses to evaluate potential business outcomes and support planning.
- Improve the accuracy and consistency of financial reporting.
- Document data sources, reporting processes, and underlying logic.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate manual finance processes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Current status as at least a Sophomore.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and build relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with Oracle are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability.

- Location: Mequon, Wisconsin.
- Modality: Hybrid.
- Term: Summer 2027 (Year-round program).
- Employment: Full-time during the summer; part-time during the academic year.
