About the role#
This is a year-round, paid internship based in Woodstock, Illinois. The role offers hands-on experience in an IT support environment. You will work 15-20 hours per week during the academic year and transition to full-time hours during the summer. This position is open for the Winter, Summer, and Fall 2027 terms.
What you'll do#
- Provide end-user technical support through our ticketing system.
- Set up new computers and configure handheld scanners and printers.
- Install software and manage hardware delivery.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement projects.
- Document existing processes and find ways to improve them.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a two-year or four-year degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Current standing of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and succeed in a team environment.
