About the role#
As a NetSuite Implementation Intern, you will work with our consulting teams to support client projects. You will gain hands-on experience with cloud-based ERP systems and assist in the development of AI-driven internal processes. This internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Configure and customize NetSuite modules to meet specific client needs.
- Support data migration tasks, including cleansing, mapping, and validation.
- Attend project meetings to document requirements and prepare deliverables.
- Test system functionality and troubleshoot issues under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Create and test AI automation tools for NetSuite and internal workflows.
- Develop user guides and training materials while providing end-user support.
- Research industry trends and best practices for NetSuite features.
- Assist with project management and client communication tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools, scripts, prompts, and testing methods.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team.
- Prior exposure to NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.

- This role is remote.
- The internship is based out of Marlborough, Massachusetts.
