About the role#
Sikich is seeking an Intelligence Transformation Intern to join our Regulatory, Quality, and Compliance practice. You will work directly with consulting and innovation leaders to design and implement real-world AI use cases. This role focuses on building intelligent solutions that leverage automation, enterprise data, and emerging AI technologies to help our clients solve complex operational challenges.
What you'll do#
- Design and build AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent assistants using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Develop proof-of-concepts utilizing Microsoft Copilot, Claude, LLMs, and other emerging AI tools.
- Create integrations between enterprise systems, knowledge repositories, and AI platforms.
- Develop prompt frameworks, reusable agent patterns, and workflow accelerators.
- Support the creation of an Intelligent Workbench to help consultants automate tasks and make data-driven decisions.
- Evaluate AI solutions for governance, security, compliance, and business value.
- Collaborate with consultants to translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.
- Document findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience building software projects through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects.
- Familiarity with Python, data analysis techniques, and GitHub workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience or knowledge in the following areas is preferred: AI agents, prompt engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG architecture, and workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Exposure to M365, SharePoint, Teams, or enterprise knowledge management platforms.
- A commitment to integrity, servant leadership, and a bias for action.
Location & details#
- This is a remote, paid internship position.
- The role is full-time with a rolling term.
- Base compensation is $29 to $30 per hour, depending on experience and location.
