About the role#
The Business Development Intern / CertiK Ambassador role focuses on representing the company within the local blockchain community. This position offers industry experience in blockchain security and business development, including mentorship from the partnerships team and networking opportunities with local founders and venture capitalists.
What you'll do#
- Attend at least one local blockchain meetup per week to represent CertiK.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, founders, and community members.
- Identify potential business opportunities and facilitate warm introductions to the CertiK business development team.
- Dedicate 5 hours per week to these activities.
What you'll need#
- Prior knowledge of Crypto and DeFi.
- Comfort and experience networking with new people.
- Active participation in local blockchain meetups or a willingness to become a regular attendee.
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York (On-site).
- Compensation: $1,000 USD per month.
- Commitment: 5 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling applications.
