About the role#
As a Business Development Intern and CertiK Ambassador, you will serve as a local representative for the company within the blockchain community. This role focuses on building connections, increasing brand presence at industry events, and identifying potential partnerships. You will receive mentorship from the partnerships team and gain direct experience in blockchain security and business development.
What you'll do#
- Attend at least one local blockchain meetup per week.
- Represent CertiK at these events to engage with developers, founders, and community members.
- Build and maintain relationships within the local crypto ecosystem.
- Identify new business opportunities and facilitate warm introductions to the CertiK business development team.
- Dedicate 5 hours per week to these activities.
What you'll need#
- Prior knowledge of Crypto and DeFi.
- Comfort networking with new people in professional or community settings.
- Active participation in local blockchain meetups or a willingness to become a regular attendee.
- Currently pursuing studies in Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York (On-site).
- Compensation: $1,000 USD per month.
- Commitment: 5 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling applications.
