About the role#
CertiK is seeking a Business Development Intern to serve as a brand ambassador. This role involves representing the company at local blockchain events, building a professional network within the industry, and identifying potential business opportunities for the security team. Interns receive mentorship from the partnerships team and gain direct exposure to blockchain security operations.
What you'll do#
- Attend one local blockchain meetup each week.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, founders, and community members.
- Identify business opportunities and facilitate warm introductions to the CertiK business development team.
- Dedicate 5 hours per week to these activities.
What you'll need#
- Prior knowledge of Crypto and DeFi.
- Comfort networking with new people in professional settings.
- Active participation in local blockchain meetups or a willingness to become a regular attendee.
- Enrollment in or completion of studies in Business Administration or Communications.
Location & details#
- Location: San Francisco, California or Remote.
- Commitment: 5 hours per week.
- Term: Rolling basis.
- Compensation: $1,000 USD per month.
