About the role#
As an intern on the Global Sales Programs team, you will support the Sales Development and Corporate Sales Organizations through hands-on projects. You will help drive programs focused on team culture, recognition, and process improvement. This role offers exposure to program coordination, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration within a global cybersecurity environment.
What you'll do#
- Support the Global Sales Excellence Internship Program to help create a positive experience for all participants.
- Coordinate logistics for guest speaker engagements and manage day-of facilitation.
- Plan and execute team building activities and recognition initiatives.
- Work on projects that support Sales Development and Corporate Sales teams.
- Contribute to process improvements that increase team efficiency.
- Gain experience in strategic program development.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising Junior graduating between December 2028 and June 2029.
- You are pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Project Management.
- You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Apps.
- You have experience building polished presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- You are resourceful, proactive, and able to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- You have experience using AI technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, and business outcomes.
- You are authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable maintaining confidentiality.
