About the role#
The Customer Service Representative supports the administration and leasing of student housing. You will report to the Assistant General Manager and focus on maintaining high Resident satisfaction while managing daily property operations.
What you'll do#
- Handle all inquiries, feedback, and concerns from current and prospective Residents.
- Conduct unit viewings for prospective Residents and assist them with the application process.
- Organize, market, and host student events.
- Support move-in and move-out processes, including conducting suite inspections.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
What you'll need#
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a focus on multi-tasking.
- A detail-oriented approach to problem-solving using facts and sound reasoning.
Location & details#
- Location: London, Ontario.
- Work Modality: This is an on-site, part-time contract position.
- Compensation: $17.60 per hour.
