About the role#
As a Customer Service Representative, you will support the administration and leasing operations for Centurion Property Associates Inc. (La MARQ). You will report to the Assistant General Manager and help maintain a high level of resident satisfaction while promoting the company values.
What you'll do#
- Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle inquiries, feedback, complaints, and concerns from current and prospective residents in a professional manner.
- Conduct property viewings with prospective residents and secure leases.
- Assist with the organization, marketing, and hosting of student events.
- Maintain an orderly desk area and complete general clerical duties.
What you'll need#
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Detail-oriented approach with the ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning, and common sense.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Real Estate.
