About the role#
The Electric Resilience Co-op supports the planning and execution of electric substation capital projects. You will work alongside construction professionals to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, field construction, safety, quality, and project closeout.
What you'll do#
- Support Project Coordinators and Supervisors with substation construction projects.
- Assist with tracking project schedules, milestones, materials, and construction activities.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and construction records.
- Participate in project meetings, field visits, and construction progress reviews.
- Coordinate with Construction, Engineering, Operations, contractors, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
- Sophomore, Junior, or Senior academic standing.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Valid and current driver license.

- Available terms include Fall 2026 and Spring 2027.
