About the role#
The Student, Campus Programs role supports the team by assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of student recruitment initiatives. You will provide administrative and operational support for campus hiring activities, recruitment events, and candidate engagement. This is a paid position based in Calgary, Alberta, for a 4-month term starting in September 2026.
What you'll do#
- Support the coordination and execution of campus recruitment programs and student hiring initiatives.
- Manage candidate communications and respond to routine inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, and program documentation.
- Assist with the planning and delivery of career fairs, information sessions, and networking events.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recruitment metrics to support program tracking and decision-making.
- Maintain recruitment calendars and shared team resources.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Undergraduate Program or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution.
- Candidates currently enrolled in a Masters or Ph.D. program may also be considered.
- Must be returning to full-time studies after the work term or be registered in a co-op or internship program for the duration of the term.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada full-time for the duration of the work term.
