About the role#
This 16-month internship is part of the Process Automation Delivery Team. You will help drive efficiency across the enterprise by working with global process owners to implement robotic process automation (RPA) technology. This role involves bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution through the development life cycle.
What you'll do#
- Support stakeholder relationships and document business requirements.
- Liaise with global stakeholders to capture information and document solutions before building.
- Automate existing processes using RPA software while following configuration best practices.
- Configure new RPA processes and objects using core workflow principles.
- Fine-tune performance and address operational issues with RPA bots.
- Collaborate within a team environment to share knowledge with local and international counterparts.
- Function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a university internship program, specifically completing the 3rd year of a 4-year computer science or IT-related degree.
- Good database management and computer skills.
- Working knowledge of IT concepts, integrated business applications, and e-Business processes.
- Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A broad understanding of the global business environment.
- Working knowledge of total quality management and high-performance work systems.
- Programming experience is considered an asset.
