About the role#
We are seeking a Student Intern to join the CCS Business Operations team as an AI Project Coordinator. This 16-month internship focuses on the intersection of AI, business operations, and tool development. You will work alongside the PMO Office to introduce and scale practical AI use cases throughout the company.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate and track AI use case implementations, including scheduling project overviews and ensuring IT support is integrated.
- Assist in refining and developing internal applications.
- Support the evaluation, setup, and maintenance of project management tools and PMO practices.
- Collaborate with project leads to gather requirements, track milestones, follow up on action items, and provide regular status updates.
- Help structure meeting prep briefs to ensure they are concise and focused on outcomes.
- Assist in developing internal tools and automating workflows.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a university internship or co-op program.
- Completion of the 3rd year of a 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, enterprise AI tools, and their practical applications in business operations.
- Basic understanding of Python, web development, or scripting languages such as HTML, JavaScript, or Google Apps Script.
- Familiarity with project management platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with an aptitude for process improvement, documentation, and building executive-ready presentations.
