About the role#
We are hiring a Business Operations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a paid, part-time position based in our Boca Raton, Florida office. You will gain exposure to professional services by supporting our leadership team and regional operations. We are looking for someone who can work at least 20 hours per week during core business hours.
What you'll do#
- Provide administrative support to leadership and stakeholders, including document scanning, copying, and mail coordination.
- Help with calendar management, meeting preparation, and expense report processing.
- Act as a point of contact for guests and visitors while providing receptionist coverage.
- Create and update memos, spreadsheets, and other business documents using Microsoft Office.
- Assist with regional special projects and office priorities.
- Answer questions from clients and internal staff, directing them to the right resources.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an Associate or Bachelor degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software.
- Experience or ability to use AI tools like Copilot.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work onsite at least three days per week.
- Ability to work in blocks of at least two hours throughout the week.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.

- Modality: Hybrid and on-site.
- Schedule: Minimum 20 hours per week during core business hours, with occasional needs for evening or Saturday work.
