About the role#
We are hiring an Electrical Engineering Co-op for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position based on-site in New Bremen, Ohio. Please note that we do not provide visa sponsorship for this role.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the development of electrical systems, including electronics, wiring harnesses, and software interfaces.
- Research the electrical needs of our products and review relevant regulatory requirements.
- Develop system requirements, setting specific goals for performance, cost, and physical fit.
- Design solutions that meet operational, safety, and manufacturing standards.
- Create and maintain technical documentation like schematics, block diagrams, and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct design verification tests and collaborate with the Quality, Manufacturing, and Service teams to build test protocols.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A reliable means of transportation to our New Bremen facility.
