About the role#
This is a full-time, paid student co-op or internship position based in New Bremen, Ohio. We are looking for students to join our team on a rolling basis to support our business analysis operations.
What you'll do#
- Gather, organize, and analyze branch operations data to identify trends and answer business questions.
- Support projects related to sales commissions and incentive programs.
- Create and update reports, presentations, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
- Collaborate with the team to test system changes and document the results.
- Respond to routine data requests and help troubleshoot basic technical issues.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- You have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- You can communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats.
- You are eager to learn and work well within a team.
