About the role#
Cardinal Group Companies is hiring a Leasing Community Intern for Rambler Atlanta. This role is for students or recent graduates interested in marketing, sales, and property management. You will work on-site at our student apartment community serving Georgia Tech. This is a paid, full-time position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Act as a brand ambassador by greeting prospective residents and providing property tours.
- Manage the leasing process by assisting with applications and tracking leads in our CRM.
- Plan and host events to build community among residents.
- Support the Leasing Manager by coaching new team members on sales techniques.
- Handle front desk operations, including answering calls and responding to emails.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives and track local housing trends.
- Assist with special projects and outreach efforts as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying organized and detail-oriented.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a positive attitude.
- A genuine interest in customer service, leasing, and marketing.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, Communications, or Psychology.
