About the role#
The Student Flight Scheduler manages flight lab lessons for students. You will balance the use of aircraft and staff to keep operations efficient while maintaining safety. This role supports student progress through the flight training program.
What you'll do#
- Schedule flight training activities and individual lessons.
- Coordinate lesson times between students, instructors, and maintenance needs.
- Keep accurate records of all scheduled training.
- Ensure all activities follow local, state, federal, and accreditation regulations.
- Handle other duties as assigned.

- Ability to maintain complete, accurate, and secure campus files and reports.
