About the role#
Cal Poly Pomona Enterprises is hiring a Student Research Assistant to support faculty projects within the College of Science. This role focuses on research tasks related to UAV-based remote sensing and computing, supported by the Air Force Research Laboratory.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with faculty on field, laboratory, and computer-based research. Your daily tasks include:
- Collecting data in the field.
- Entering, storing, and coding research data.
- Organizing and filing project materials.
- Analyzing data sets.
- Preparing final research reports.
- Attending project meetings and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Biology.
- Previous research experience.
- Proof of U.S. citizenship.
- Enrollment as an undergraduate or Master's student at Cal Poly Pomona.

This position is located in Pomona, California. It is an on-site, paid role with a rolling term.
