About the role#
We are looking for an Industrial Engineering Intern to join our team in Menomonee Falls. This role provides hands-on experience in process optimization, digital manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work 40 hours per week in an on-site production environment, supporting projects in continuous improvement and advanced manufacturing.
What you'll do#
- Assist in data collection and analysis for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, line balancing, and takt time analyses to improve warehouse operations.
- Contribute to the research and implementation of automation and smart manufacturing technologies.
- Create and refine work instructions for the production floor.
- Propose, specify, and design tooling and fixturing to support manufacturing processes.
- Participate in pilot builds and provide daily production support.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and contribute to team efforts.

- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $18.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
