About the role#
The Technology Summer Internship is a 10-week program designed for students entering their senior year. You will join a functional team of technology professionals to build systems used by employees and clients globally. This role provides insight into how technology solutions are built, deployed, and protected within the financial services industry.
What you'll do#
- Work alongside technology leaders and senior developers on system builds.
- Participate in the evolution of technology strategy, including data and AI initiatives.
- Gain exposure to the software development life cycle and project management methodologies.
- Support business requirements discovery and document technical specifications.
- Assist with solutioning, troubleshooting, and systems testing.
- Participate in planning meetings and collaborate with business users.
- Engage in the design process, including data modeling and workflow analysis.
What you'll need#
- Current junior in college, entering your senior year in fall 2027.
- Background in and passion for Computer Science or Information Technology.
- GPA of 3.3 or higher.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of SDLC, technology design, Agile development, and programming skills.
- Ability to analyze business processes and work with large quantities of information.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
