About the role#
Brilliant is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the Fall 2026 semester. This remote position supports our agency team for 15 hours per week. You will assist with daily HR operations, recruiting tasks, and culture initiatives while gaining experience in a performance marketing environment.
What you'll do#
- Manage job postings and track candidates through the hiring process.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants.
- Assist with onboarding new team members and organizing recruitment materials.
- Support employee engagement, virtual events, and team activities.
- Gather employee feedback using surveys and other tools.
- Research ways to improve the remote employee experience and stay updated on HR trends.
- Maintain accurate employee records and internal HR documentation.
- Help with benefits communication and special HR projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a sophomore, junior, or senior student.
- Availability to work at least 15 hours per week during standard business hours (8 am to 5 pm in your time zone).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a resourceful attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
- Interest in workplace culture, employee engagement, and HR best practices.
- Willingness to ask questions and learn.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote.
- The internship runs from October through December 2026.
- This is a paid position. If selected, you will receive a $250 monthly reimbursement for the use of your personal computer, internet, and phone.
