About the role#
Brilliant Agency is seeking a Public Relations Intern for the Winter 2027 term. This is a remote, part-time position requiring 15 hours of work per week. Interns are integrated directly into the team to learn the fundamentals of public relations, including campaign management, media relations, and client support.
What you'll do#
- Identify media and influencer targets to assist in building outreach lists.
- Monitor and report on media, influencer, and social coverage for clients, including the creation of clippings reports.
- Draft press materials and research content for client projects and award submissions.
- Support the management of influencer campaigns, including identifying partners and drafting outreach emails.
- Contribute to team brainstorms for client campaigns and events.
- Maintain and update internal databases and resources.
- Use technology platforms such as Google Drive, AirTable, LinkedIn, and various social media channels to assist with research and content creation.
What you'll need#
- Current status as a rising sophomore, junior, or senior.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Previous office internship experience in a marketing-related role.
- Excellent writing skills and strong organizational abilities.
- A professional demeanor, resourceful attitude, and keen attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and a willingness to ask questions.
- Ability to commit to 15 hours per week during standard business hours.
Location & details#
- This role is fully remote within the United States.
- The internship term runs from January 11, 2027, through May or June 2027.
- This is a paid position. Selected interns will receive a $250 monthly reimbursement for the use of personal equipment and home internet.
