About the role#
As an Assurance Intern, you will join a team of audit experts to gain exposure to a wide range of industries, including Blockchain, Financial Services, Real Estate, and Nonprofit. You will be paired with a personal coach and buddy to support your professional growth as you explore public accounting.
What you'll do#
- Receive comprehensive training from the Learning and Development team and Assurance leaders.
- Learn and perform audit procedures to assess the accuracy and completeness of financial statements by examining records and documentation.
- Assist in evaluating and testing the effectiveness of client internal control systems.
- Engage in regional intern events and executive speaker sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow interns on a project to showcase acquired skills.
What you'll need#
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics.
- Graduation date between July 2027 and December 2029.
- Demonstrated interest in pursuing a CPA license.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to start in January.
