About the role#
As an IT Analyst Intern, you will work on business challenges and gain hands-on experience across our organization. You will join a team for a 12-week program, contributing to specific outcomes and collaborating with functional departments like Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, Research and Development, Sales, Operations, and Quality.
What you'll do#
- Apply skills in business analysis, user experience, data analysis, data visualization, project management, and product management.
- Achieve a specific project outcome within your assigned IT team.
- Complete a group project with other interns to solve a real problem for our employees.
- Participate in events such as executive panels, training sessions, and team building activities.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s degree program with an expected graduation in Fall/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Major in Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Analytics, Cybersecurity, or Artificial Intelligence for Business.
- Ability to work the full 12-week program from May 24th to August 13th, 2027.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- A mindset focused on critical thinking, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Empathy for the user perspective and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Initiative to identify new opportunities and contribute to technical problem-solving.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role follows a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office at least three to four days per week.
- Office locations are in Arden Hills, Minnesota, or Marlborough, Massachusetts.
- You must provide your own reliable transportation to and from the office.
